Compliance software is often sold as a productivity tool.
Faster reporting. Cleaner dashboards. Fewer emails before audits.
But that’s like describing a smoke alarm as a noise-making device. Technically accurate. Completely misses the point.
Compliance software didn’t emerge because people wanted nicer reports. It emerged because complexity outgrew memory, and risk outpaced reassurance.
