16 September 2026, New York, NY: Kinexio, a leading enterprise software solution for commercial property management, has expanded its US team with the hire of two new Enterprise Sales Directors, Valerie Klages and Ronald Faber. Their appointments will support the growing demand for Kinexio’s technology across North America.
Val Klages has joined the Kinexio, bringing more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, sales, business development, territory expansion, and strategic partnerships. Klages joins Kinexio from WithMe, where she drove adoption of PropTech amenities and expanded the company’s footprint across the South-Central United States. Prior to WithMe, she spent several years at CoStar, partnering with leading commercial real estate firms on strategic marketing and leasing solutions. At Kinexio, Klages will focus on North American expansion efforts and drive rapid brand awareness for the company’s enterprise software platform for commercial property management.
Faber, a results-driven business development and enterprise sales professional with more than 20 years of experience in SaaS, cloud and B2B sales, joins Kinexio from MRI Software, a leading provider of property management software solutions. A multiple President’s Club award winner, Faber has extensive experience managing enterprise and public-sector accounts and delivering technology solutions across property management, security, leasing, operational efficiency, resident screening and financial operations.
Val and Ron bring extensive experience in both PropTech and Commercial Real Estate, helping to deliver innovative technology to leading commercial real estate companies. The US market represents a significant area of growth for Kinexio, and we are investing accordingly. Owners and operators are looking for connected property management solutions, and bringing Val and Ron into the team, will play a key role in helping us continue to expand the Kinexio platform across North America.
